Taking inspiration from Primavera by Botticelli whilst harking back to the Rational Animal series completed in 2013, Sanctuary is the first of a new series exploring these historical references. Once again, bridging the gap between the human and non-human, the work considers the different textures of fur and skin and the interesting relationship between the subjects.
